Before writing
I cannot modify, reschedule, or cancel a booking. Visits are sold on GetYourGuide, and these actions must be carried out through their customer service, using your booking confirmation. Most visits listed here allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before; the exact conditions are specified on each page.
I am also not the ticket office for the Musée Gustave Moreau. The museum does not sell time slots, and its tickets are purchased on-site or via the official website musee-moreau.fr. For questions about opening hours, lost property, or school groups, you should contact the museum, not me.
